March for Life 2016

The March for Life is a pro-life rally held in Washington, D.C. each year since abortion was legalized in America.

2016 Trip Details:

  • There are 50 available spots.
  • The cost of the trip is $150 plus (strongly recommended) conference costs.
  • Buses will depart on Wednesday, January 20th in the evening.
  • Thursday will be a free day to tour D.C.
  • The March for Life is on Friday, January 22nd.
  • On Saturday, attendees have the option to go to the Students for Life of America Conference or Cardinal O'Connor conference.
  • Afterwards, we will load the buses and depart back to St. Louis and return Sunday morning, January 24th.
  • Students who attend can expect to miss two days of classes (Thursday and Friday). Excused absence letters will be provided.
Conferences:


The Students for Life Conference costs $45 and will be on Saturday January 23rd from 8am-7pm. Attendees will hear from nationally known pro-life activists such as Abby Johnson and Stephanie Gray. More information at http://sflalive.org/.


The second conference is the Cardinal O’Connor Conference at Georgetown University which is $20 and held on Saturday January 23rd from 9:30-4. Attendees will learn how to create a culture of life, engage in small group discussions and dialogue with other pro-life leaders, and will hear from awesome speakers as well. http://www.oconnorconference.com/
